Children and Young People’s Disability Service (CYPDS)
CYPDS works with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) aged 0-25 years, and their families to provide assessments and support for Education, Health and Care Plans within RBWM.
Family hub
Family Hub Service includes family coaches, Family Hub workers, youth workers, parenting workers, substance misuse workers and a youth engagement officer. Each worker has a case-load consisting of families or young people that they work with on a 1 to 1 basis or within groups. For families that are unable to access support within the Family Hub centres, Family Hub workers can arrange to visit you at home or talk to you over the telephone.

GEMS

Kooth
An online counselling, advice and support service for young people aged 10-25. Kooth is an anonymous service, which also offers peer support in the form of forums, articles and mini activities. Commissioned by the NHS, it is free and safe to use. Self-referral by signing up to the site.
