An independent champion for people who use health and social care services. They make sure that those running services, put people at the heart of care. Healthwatch are there to listen to what you like about services and what you think could be improved. No matter how big or small the issue, they want to hear about it.

Feeling Down: Looking after my Mental Health
NHS Frimley
For people over age 18 the NHS offers therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), for problems including: stress, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and phobias. This programme is called Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT). You can ask your GP or self-refer.
